Some times you just have terrible weekends. This weekend, a friend was killed in a car crash and the pressures of academia formed the perfect storm. But even in the midst of darkness and hard times, God gives those little reminders that all is not dark. Tonight I was offered a position as a paid (really well paid) writing intern for the American Family Association. Because the editor of their magazine likes my writing. My excitement is at a ridiculous level.

You may have seen MRK’s amazing videos, but did you know that you can buy prints of his digital creations?

Shut up and take my money.

This week I have to write two research papers and take three tests. One could say I’m a bit stressed. On the bright side, summer is approaching, and with it there will be rest and new opportunities to learn and be less stressed. Also, I found out tonight that I might have the chance to intern at a parish in Newfoundland, Ireland, or England with NT Wright. #anglicanwin
